I work with adults and older teens looking to improve their relationship with themselves and with others. I have a deep passion for this work and believe in the resiliency of human beings.

As a therapist, I feel honored to witness

positive change in my clients.

I help anchor you in the present and bring a sense of safety and connection in our sessions. I often see your strengths even when you may not see them yourself. Through the process of therapy, it is possible to feel hopeful about the future and secure within yourself.

While I use different approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals, I work predominantly from a trauma-informed lens and often use Attachment and Parts Work. I also am relational in my approach - I understand the impact of the therapeutic relationship and how that can be used to heal interpersonal patterns that may no longer be serving you. I will also educate you on the brain and nervous system. While education is not the primary role of therapy, it can be an important component in understanding our symptoms or the impact of our experiences on our physiology.

As a therapist and human, I am affirming of all genders, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities, and abilities.

Exercise and nutrition are a big part of my life. I have found that physical health and wellness are an essential component of mental health. I bring that perspective to help clients be the best version of themselves they can be.
